Take his ranting as added incentive to actually make sure the product is finished when released. Really not looking forward to a year/two from now him bumping this thread and saying, "Told you so." He may be a crazed lunatic, but he does have a point. MMO's in general so far don't exactly have a great track record when it comes to QA testing and content releases.
