And seriously, if you are talking from a performance standpoint, Mercedes are more or less utter shit. It's hard for a car to go fast when it weighs 5k lbs. Mercedes and Cadillac (or however you spell it) are two of only a few companies that actually have the talent to make a two door coupe weigh as much as a fucking hummer.
It's always amusing to compare two similar models of BMW and Mercedes. They are pretty close in performance generally. But the Mercedes costs 10-30% more. And also, if they have similar horsepower, the Mercedes engine is either a fair amount bigger in displacement, or is supercharged (yay I want my ridiculously expensive car to sound like shit!). |
