iz ok, mages w/ claw ony overggro and die, amirite?

Scary thing is, there's no resistance to holy damage, and talented smite is like 2 second casting time. Thats pretty god damn fast for a nuke that hurts like that.

For compairison purposes for any of you out there who like to Theorycraft,

Smite: 2.5 sec cast. 295 mana. 371 to 415
Frost Bolt: 3 sec cast. 290 mana. 515 to 555.
Starfire: 3.5 sec cast. 360 mana. 496 to 584.
Shadow Bolt: 3 sec cast. 370 mana. 455 to 507.

At 2.5 seconds, he's not exactly getting the best use out of his +dmg gear. Even with his Power Infusion talent, how the fuck is he hitting so hard? Berserker buff + hitting warriors in berserker stance?
