Ubers hate non-ubers, non-ubers hate ubers. There is just as much uber bashing as there is "gimp" bashing. And to pretend otherwise, is to wallow in your own personal prejudices.
In addition - 99% of the bashing takes place on message boards - as people and guilds, at least in my experience, really tend to mind their own business when they are playing. Unless of course there is a conflict of interests - which generally results in both parties flaming each other - which generally leads to more uber vs. non-uber flaming on message boards.
