The thing is that while Hurwitz did get offers from showtime and ABC, he apparently doesn't really want to keep going : on ABC he'd still have the rating threats over his head, and on Showtime he would have much much less money to do what he wants to do. The show is apparently crazy expensive, I heard that it costs in the ballpark of 1 million dollars per episode. |
