Then I'd start dating her again, if she wants to and isn't crazy.
She's almost testing you to see what you'll put up with, you should just ditch her, and give her a definate time-frame and do NOT let her talk you out of it. Just don't contact her for a year, and don't let her see you either. Tell her to have fun with Matt, you'll be back in a year etc.
