| It is my understanding that the cap is suposed to have been removed a couple of patch ago. (Edit: ok not removed but put higher :P)
Obviously they are preparing ground for PoP. Not a bad idea to put these important changes live carefully and one after the other. Maybe we can hope for a PoP release without 3 weeks of constant patching. |
