They've also said something to the effect that people can go and "spawn" a zone so it's all theirs. Not sure how they'd keep the firm choke hold over loot getting into the game this way so doubt it applies to boss mobs. I guess we have lots of multi hour Ring of Vulak bullshit in our future, it's the only thing I see right now that would let guilds have their own access to bosses without letting loot flow into the game faster than VI would want.
Maybe they simply expect higher powered guilds to respect others enjoyment of the game, play nice and only kill the top boss mob they're currently at. Yeah right. Asshole guilds are currently running in and killing Blood just to fuck over other guilds getting into VT.
