| I'm pretty happy with what Nintendo is doing with this controller. Certainly much better than another generic PS/Xbox controller... do we really need three systems that are more or less exactly the same? Maybe they only have a handful of games that work really well with it and the rest are the same... I'll take that. I guarantee the new Mario game will take full advantage of it and make it worthwhile.
As far as fighting games and other genres, they're coming out with an "add on" that will allow you to plug the remote into a GameCube style controller. This will allow you to play games like you would on the generic PS/XBox controller, while still allowing the possibility of motion sensitivity. 3rd party ports could really use this on their games to differentiate them on the Revolution.
