The point of the video was one of the following:
1) 8 year old enters the UFC Octagon and whoops everyone with his sweet mullet.
2) 8 year old kid goes nutzo with a stick while making funny faces...with his sweet ass mullet.
Call me crazy but I think I'm gonna go with #2.
