No. In pen-and-paper terms, around a table, that might take months, especially when you only play once or twice a week. In a video game that's "always up" 235 encounters is dramatically not enough.

Though I'd love for us to have the HUGE content team you'd need to make it not so, you'll have to do re-enter some dungeons you've been to. Our job is to make that palatable--part of that is just to make them fun experiences such that a modest amount of repetitition is actually fun too. Another part of that is making them rewarding in terms of rewards: treasure, XP, etc. Finally another part is to vary the experiences in small ways.
