Movies make a killing on those overpriced snacks. I don't think they will be giving that up soon.
TOO LOUD?
Movies only have two ways to reach their audiences, sight and sound. So when an action sequence arises they blast the explosions to try and make the experience almost tactile (rumbling and shaking) to enhance the senstation of being overwhelmed. Major reason why movies lose a lot when they come to video. So this too probably wont change unless they start to hit ear damaging decible levels. |
