your wording implied 30-40% crit rates from gear alone. what you are really saying is 15-20% crit rates from gear and the rest from talents and stances. this makes more sense, as i dont think any warrior anywhere has achieved 30% crits from just gear - that would be like 47% crit rate after talents.
