Please enlighten me as to why it is flawed?

You excel at a mission and complete it in under the time limit that the devs envisioned. You get less of a reward for doing so. I tried to convey the issue with some irony.

And when did I ever say I ever played the damn thing? ;p I already played Matrix Online last year...it was called "City of Heroes".
