I kind of am inclined to agree, but as far as Gehennas goes you sort of have to be on your toes, especially with the AEs, or you'll die fast.
As a Warlock, though, it does seem I tend to chaincast Shadow Bolt a lot, since a lot of things are fire immune in the Core (and rightly so, but still!). I really wish I could dispel curses, but then again I don't want to get yelled at during Kazzak/Gehennas as to why the curse isn't dispelled
