| I don't see the problem. It's script code that's explicitly supported by Blizzard by virtue of the fact that it's functionality built into the client for that exact purpose. It's not using any leet third party utility or any other bullshit. You still have to hit a key for each dispel/cure cast (so if you have 3 people with 3 debuffs you still have to hit the button 3 times, it's not automatic).
And unless the "healer bot" script uses a third party app, it's legitimate too.
All Blizzard has to do to fix this shit is patch it right out.
I dunno... as a priest, I don't really mind things that let me watch the fight rather than have to have my eyes glued to health bars/debuff windows so much. And in raids, it frees me up to backup heal other groups. *shrug* If Blizzard really wants us to be micromanaging dispels/cures, then they need to do some serious work on their basic interface to make it more fun to manage. |
