By "CQ"heal I assume you mean it's one of Conquest mods.
One of their members recently posted a script on these boards to make a Buff/Heal Bot simply by sending it a /tell. Fortunately one of the Mods deleted the thread here fairly quickly.
What do you expect, it's Conquest, the guild that never cheats. Yes it's a major problem. One day Blizzard will wake up and see how it easy it is to modify things they graciously gave to the players and be forced to remove it entirely due to precisely these type of things.
