The US gaming community isn't organized enough to leverage this argument against Blizzard and get changes made.

The Korean gaming business community on the other hand has Blizzard literally by the balls. The Korean launch was a total failure -- only 100,000 accounts. This is in a country where soft drinks, snacks and cars have Starcraft all over their packaging. The internet cafe owners, where the majority of people play games there (not in their homes), got together and boycotted WoW until a laundry list of issues they collected have been fixed/implemented by Blizzard. All future releases of Blizzard games are in jeopardy in Korea until WoW has been accepted by the gaming community. Given Blizzard's track record there so far, that's a fuckton of potential revenue in real jeopardy. That's why more than 50% of the devs at Blizzard are focused on fixing Korean-specific problems. Knowing that, it doesn't take a genious to see why the US is getting such asstastic attention to issues. Bottom line: Korean gaming business market, present + future >>>>>>>> US gaming market for Blizzard. You don't have to like it, but that's simply the way it is.
