| Maybe I'm just stating the obvious, but for those with weight, or health goals.
Its alot easier if you come to terms with the fact that it should be a lifetime commitment.
I used to be almost 400lbs back at a bad time in my life, lost 200 very easily because I had a goal, then relapsed and gained back 50 of that before realizing this myself.
It at least for me made it alot easier once I realized that 30min-hour of my day for rest of my life would be devoted to my health if I wanted to stay in shape, and simply incorporated it into my daily rituals and taught myself to enjoy it as opposed to thinking of it as a chore. |
