| I'm sorry, anyone who doesn't get excited at the thought of multiplayer GTA... I don't mourn you, you're already dead inside.
San Andreas gives a small hint of the kinda crazy fun that GTA could be with more than one person. Even though the two characters couldn't leave the same screen, or couldn't do missions... man it was just crazy fun.
Personally though, I think they aught to just drop the whole MMO thing... GTA's strength is its ability to just pick up (its non-perminance), and go on a crazy super violent killing spree, and just generally act stupid. MMO's are slower, more deliberate. Tradeskills, Leveling Up, Death Penalties, Item Rartiy, none of that belongs in a GTA game. They should just stick to making a multiplayer game, nothing massive about it. |
