| Hybrids Knight class characters don't at all suck. Even with an improved warrior AC table only they still have thier uses, and important uses no doubt.
Shadowknights can tank in a pinch, Feign when things go bad, can self invis, solo effectively, CR when needed, pull, and do amazing damage with easy to garner weapons.
Paladins can, tank in a pinch. Res when things go bad, solo effectively, lay on hands in a pinch to save a cleric from getting complete heal owned, and heal AOE damage with thier group heals. Against undead they provide van damage via items and AA abilities.
The warrior has none of these things. Thier sole ability is tanking,(I'm running the risk of sounding like Furor) they should sacrifice all sorts of neat abilities ect for the ability to tank and tank WELL. Warriors have no get out of jail free cards. Its die where you are and run for a summons.
At this point thier tanking is limited to 3 minutes, after 3 minutes thier class defining ability is DONE. How would a knight class like to have thier spells and other neat abilites work for only 3 minutes every 10 or so minutes?
At character creation I said to myself, "I want a character that does alot of damage, can take alot of damage, and does it via melee." I rolled a warrior up. 3 expansions later I found my vision of the warrior no longer valid. So instead of AAing a class that didn't do what I wanted I made another that did. A monk or a rogue...I went rogue (I wanted to deal a lil more damage).
