| One can only hope that SoE has learned from their recent failures (SWG, Planetside) and release a game that is ready to be released. Impossible to say release a finished game when talking about this Genre. Of course we have good suspition to believe that EQ2 will be released before its ready I'm not quite sure if it will suck as bad as you think. It may not be the best but I'm sure it will be better than the hailstorm of shitty MMOG's that have been released in the past year.
And on a side note WoW is nowhere near ready for release either. If they stick to the schedule their on now for release they WILL release an unready product. Although looking at blizzards track record also you have to think release dates will be pushed back at least 2 more times. Don't be surprised if WoW is not released until Q2 2005. At least if they want to release the game everyone expects it to be. |
