| Now, take this with a grain of salt because I'm not active in EQ and only follow what happens in an offhand manner, but don't items now explicitly list what effects are granted? The Talisman always had Ultra Vision, and now that item descriptions list the mana regeneration and attack and whatever else, they change the effect description so the benefits aren't doubled. By changing the way in which the stats are shown, they had to change spell effects as well. Why does this suprise you? |
