It's no easier to get there now than it was 3 months ago. GoD didn't increase the level cap, it didn't add a ton of new defensive AA, it didn't add easy to get gear that non-ep/time guilds will be able to obtain with any useful speed. Sony didn't suddenly nerf all of the encounters. They haven't touched them in months.
