Actually a semi-cool theory....
Project M needed some polish and some flashier mobs to play, but it certainly was fun for the one behind the monster.
I'm all for "better AI through player input" for mobs, but to be honest, I think it would have to be more of a RTS style control with sluggish responses from the mobs to be fair (and with limitations on them, like successful taunts + extreme amounts of hate making the mob revert to normal AI and such)
Unless they do it a method like that I don't see how they could manage it without gimping the mobs to the point of making them undesirable to run them or making the raids frustratingly impossible unless you get idiots/allies running the adds poorly.
