No, everyone else is just somewhat realistic. You wouldn't expect a police department to be able to prevent anyone from being mugged in a city.
At Fort Hood, there are dozens of soldiers at ANY building. They should have an armed guard at EVERY single building? Seriously?
And I suppose every city should have a cop parked at every block?
