I'm not going to argue they're bad players, but they also fight other GOOD players. No doubt Arturo is solid, but Rico and LI Joe aren't exactly slouches.
That said, Cammy is a fucking solid character and incredibly underrated. She lacks the fireball of a shoto but she gains rufus's dive kicks that allow for incredibly mixups/pressure.
