| Tier lists are far from gauging by "perfection" at this point. The game is still relatively new. Right now, there are people who play Seth well enough to show the rest of the world that he is a mid-tier character, just like Alex said.
Most likely, he will never be the best character. And just like you said, his low health more than evens out his impressive set of tools. Still though, that doesn't mean he is the "borderline worst character". |
