| So I just moved into a new apartment and the only cable that they offer is Comcast. So far I haven't had any problems with torrents and I wasn't told about any kind of a cap I'm guessing mines also set at 250 gb's a month.
Should I expect to have problems or is their "bullshit" grossly exaggerated?
