You have to retry those military consume events until you get one that is actually doable, running across the whole city in 3 minutes isn't. Even worse, if you could choose the order of targets, you could make it, but when they make you go half city for one, then half a city back, I was starting to nerdrage.

The infiltration events are easy, just learn to loose alarm quickly, then you can just fly to the entrance and get right in.

Spoiler Alert, click show to read: My biggest headache was the mission where you have to destroy the blood gas factory, the amount of shit that gets thrown at you in case you trigger alarm is ridiculous.
