Do you even read the manga, dude? The entire last fight was only possible
because of the nature chakra and sage mode. Naruto's hand to hand combat has increased dramatically and he even showed it off again, against the lightning ninja.

Now I'm really wondering if you have even read the manga. Remember Naruto throwing the Rasenshurikens at Pein? Yeah, that means he no longer self-inflicts damage, which means his move is just as OP as Sasuke's shit.
