The 4G63 in an Eclipse comes from the factory with a piece of shit crush bent 2" exhaust. Even in stock trim, only using a manual boost controller, you can push up to 16psi, but you're fucked because you have too little flow with the exhaust.
That particular 2.0l motor, when properly built, can easily push 400-500whp reliably and recently in the Castrol Top Shop Challenge were able to push out 1035 HP on race gas.
