I am drawing a blank here, and google hasn't helped.

I want to find that website plugin where if you click an image thumbnail, it brings up the full size image centered on the screen on a little frame, and it dims the background under the semi-transparent black fullscreen effect.

I can't find it anywhere or what it's called. I am presuming it's CSS and javascript. Can anyone throw me a bone here and maybe remember who developed this or what it is called?
