| I was unconvinced more than the original classes were a good idea when people did the "we need hero classes" circle-jerks years ago, and I still not convinced we do.
We already have too many DPS classes, especially considering every class is a goddamned DPS class now. 40% of the classes can now tank and 40% can heal, unfortunatly 2 of those classes do both. So any new class has to be a healer or a tank (or both).
The thing is, there is already huge problems balancing the tanks and healers we have, adding another would just be a mess. Especially with the suggestion of a non-mana-using healer. Good lord what a train wreck that would be.
Let them work out the classes we have better.
And yes, I am pretty sure I posted this same thing before WotLK, and I feel that Death Knights only proved me right. |
