[Uber Uberest ~Rathe]

Are cabs not as feasible in Baltimore as here in Boston? I was just assuming I could grab a cab outside the hotel and be off, and then when I was done wherever jump in a cab and head back to the hotel or whatever. I am definitely going to check out Phillips now though, and maybe I'll lean away from M&S, that was a suggestion from a college friend.
