| Why does a guild need 'active leadership' though. This always bothered me, if you aren't a retard, you don't need anyone telling you what to do. Maybe it's because I am the 'leader type' but like I don't need someone telling me when to log on or how to kill shit, as long as I know, I'll do it, regardless of any leader.
