Alright, some advice is requested. I am going on my first long bike trip this weekend. Last year I went to Jasper and back in a couple days (got drunk overnight and came home the next day), which is about 400km each way. This one's a big longer, at around 600km give or take. I'm going with a large group of about 15 other people on various types of motorcycles.
Any suggestions to make my life more liveable riding a crotch rocket for 600km? Obviously we'll be stopping every 200km or so for fuel and a stretch, but any other advice on what to do, not to do?
The forecast is decent, 20-25C mostly sunny, but that can change. I'll most likely wear jeans, with some Icon textile pants over top, and then a t-shirt with my Icon textile mesh jacket overtop (liner most likely in). I'll have a warmer sweater in my backpack or saddlebags, as well as rain gear.
Any "must have" things that I should bring?

On the way back, we'll be riding up 93, one of the most scenic roads in the world. Looking forward to that, if I can still walk:

Kind of amusing, this one weekend will add almost 1/3 to the mileage on my bike.
