After leveling 10+ characters passed 60 and 5 so far to 80 I agree there needs to be something like this in most all games. Maybe not the ability to create any max level character whenever you want, but there should be something I can do on my max level character to unlock the ability to create another max level character, instead of going through all that old shit I already did I should be able to do something NEW.
