On PTR you could buy the glyphs from the glyph vendor, and Inscription research was bugged for quite a while, but I assume they'll have to be researched. Which means scribes are gonna be rich by the end of the week, because some of the new glyph are mandatory(lifetap for locks for example). Wish I had bothered leveling my druid to 77 now to level inscription like I wanted to.
