You win after you touch the last boss.
As for the combat system... hhmm.. it is too... restricting... you either win or you don't with no chance to save yourself.. I see this getting very annoying as you go through the whole game.
The land it's self looks good as do you mechanics, don't know if you designed all your systems yourself but if you did nice work. I would change combat though.. you idea sounds good on paper but in practice it is going to get old and tedious quickly.
Over all a great first game for sure.
