| It's an interesting concept having the specific defenses set like that. However, a combat system that amounts to something more than just walking through bad guys would probably be a lot more entertaining. I don't know if you were just messing around with certain aspects of the system or not though, so maybe you didn't intend to have a fleshed-out combat system. Also, what was the deal with the boss? When I bumped into him, it was just straight-up game over. Did I die or win or..?
Also, with your current combat system, how would multiple hits work? Walking back and forth through a monster seems kind of weird. Or will it work out differently?
Aside from those issues, it was pretty nice. I don't know how much work actually goes into doing what you did, but the world and such looked good. |
