| .... What he meant to say was check in your BIOS for a "wake on LAN" feature that might be causing it, even if your not even using the NIC. Some modern BIOS's have a feature that you can set it to turn your computer on automatically at a certain time.
What i'm saying is, reset your BIOS defaults and change only what you have to after that. If it doesn't fix it, call an exorcist.
