| I really enjoyed The Hunter's Blades trilogy. It was not a masterpiece by any means but the action was solid and the 3 book war was pretty entertaining. The thing I liked the most was Drizzt being alone for most of the trilogy. I don't mind the group but when Drizzt is alone he is more fierce and far more interesting to read.
He needs to write more about Artemis Entreri. Let me rephrase that, he needs to write more about Artemis Entreri so long as its not a complete pile of shit like the last book. Books don't often bore me, even harder to do when I love 2 of the characters in the book (Arty and Jarlaxle) but god damn I struggled to finish that. The "cartman" ending pissed me off as well. |
