As far as I know, Ton Po never made live. It was first revealed when they did the first pwipe on the test server by the disgruntled guy (Skyler I think). It's never been confirmed to be on a live server. It's always "I saw some monk with one!!!". You're more likely to find a Bladestorm from Dracoliche on a warrior then a Ton Po on a monk ;P
