Yes it was, it was something of a million + point DoT. After some tests on a cleric friend of mine, I knew it was at least a 5k+ dot due to us both running out of mana trying to heal up from the dot.
Another pally did get the number over 10k.
I was soloing in Sebilis once I figured out what the proc was.
Would fight a mob till it proced, root it, sit down, reroot as needed.
I think it was fixed within 3-4 days, but it was a very fun proc while it lasted.
