No, that wasn't a typo. I think the developers were just sitting there watching, waiting for someone to run into it, laughing their asses off; and I have to admit, it was pretty funny. I certainly didn't expect one of the beefiest warriors on the server to go down with one hit... and then for it to turn around and do it to the rest of us!
Oh, and it's not a proc, it's not a death-touch, it's actually how hard he hits; but the people who have already played around with him know how it works... it's not too bad. At least verant is trying new stuff /applaud.
