There isn't a GMAT score high enough or work experience rich enough (unless you are a VP or CEO already) to counter a sub 3.2-3.3 GPA for a t1 school. Unless you are in a school where they are known for giving C's (like when I was at Penn State, they were notorious for giving mostly C's for engineers, the average GPA of a Penn State engineer was like 2.4). Sorry, I am being honest. You might have some leeway already being at a t1 undergrad school, but not much. It might also help while you are at UT to get to know the staff for the MBA program, so at least you can try to network your way in.
Now is the time to just focus on doing better on what you are doing now. Grad school is much, much harder than undergrad in pretty much any t1 school.
If you think microecon or accounting is hard, wait until you get into grad school, and your professors don't repeat anything twice. There is zero hand holding and they refuse to repeat anything twice.
As my mother said when I was growing up, "Don't let your eyes be bigger than your stomach." Don't put more on your plate than you can handle.
