I'm just a simple, country lawyer. But yes, I believe that if she is using the personal email account for official business, then it can be subpoenad. Problem is, I doubt Yahoo keeps backups of actual mailbox content for more than a few days/a week.
A similar issue came up with Karl Rove using personal email, him and his staff, to get around the records keeping requirements of the White House and a judge ordered them to give it up. Of course it had been deleted and the backups were mysteriously gone. But it was ordered.
