It won't let me move the margin. The little L shaped character above the ruler where the margin is doesn't do anything either. Double clicking the ruler just brings up page setup, which is completely normal and as it should be.
I can edit the damn horizontal margins no problem, can use the slider on the ruler and move it any way. It's not a matter of the margins so much as it is a matter of the vertical margins being hidden.
