I don't think he is stuttering. He does it in most interviews, any time he isn't giving a speech I think. He even did it on Countdown, and I doubt people will consider those hardball questions. To me it shows he is thinking. He is giving actual, thought out answers instead of canned responses.
I don't know if he will be a good president. The more I see Obama the more I'm convinced he is the smartest person out of all 4 people running. That isn't saying he is the best guy for the job all alone, but I'm confident he has several IQ points over the rest of the group.
